We will provide you with a unique link to our exclusive section of the Enterprise website to reserve your van when you reserve a storage unit.
All payments must be made to Enterprise via debit or credit card in your own name. No cash, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron or pre-paid cards are accepted. Enterprise cannot accept payment from a card other than that of the renter.
The £42 cost of the van will be charged to the customer’s card at point of rental, this will then be credited from the customer’s storage bill.
At the point of rental the customer will be required to pay a £200 deposit on a credit or debit card in the renter’s name. This is refundable on return of the van.
Driver must produce a valid UK driving license at point of rental. If not available a DVLA check can be made by Enterprise at an additional cost to the customer.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment, if only a debit card is available then 2 further proofs of address (in addition to driving license) dated within the past 3 months will need to be produced. Call your rental branch for more details.
Customer must take up Free Van offer within 30 days of contract with us and produce a valid proof of contract at point of rental.
To utilise Enterprise’s Free Pick-Up service, once you have booked your van you must contact the renting branch directly to arrange your pick up. Availability and certain geographic restrictions apply.
Van provided on Free Van offer is a standard transit size van (approx. 2.2m load length) for a 24 hour period. Larger vans (up to 4m load length) and longer rental periods are available; please contact your local branch for a quote.
Vans are provided fully insured, but carry a standard £1150 damage/theft excess. Enterprise will give you options to reduce your liability for a nominal extra charge.
Enterprise reserve the right to refuse hire to customers carrying DR or IN offences on their license, please call your local Enterprise location for more details.
